Material ID maps are textures that contain RGB information based upon either seperate mesh parts, an exported or embedded material information or low poly UV shells. that is stored within imported meshes while using Knald's baker. They are baked automatically if the imported meshes contain compatible data and are viewable in the Vertex Color tab when selected.
They can be generated via from either of the following sources:
Blur Amount: The amount of blur used on the image space Concavity Map. 1 is low blur, 5 is high blur.
Stabilization: The amount of image stabilization used on the image space Concavity Map.
Contrast: The strength of the contrast.
Scale: The strength of the cavities.
